This week is all about fun and brightness. Be it the vibe of the biggest music festival Coachella at Palm Springs in Los Angeles or a thousand miles away where I am now, it’s fun-filled everywhere. My best friend visited me this week and made it so special and joyous to me. It was amazing to see her after years and we drove around the city, strolled, and took pictures (I have shared some selfies on Instagram and I’ll reveal many other pictures soon).
However, since the mood was bright, how can I not post a bright look? So here it is. I’m wearing one of my favorite outfits in this look. It has everything that blows my mind. The outfit has crop top which is one of my favorite things. Then there is short skirt which is another thing that compliments me and my body type. Oh yes, to add a cherry on the cake, both the crop top and mini skirt are metallic with glitter finish. You can’t ask for more to take you to a funky, joyful and party mood!
The ensemble is lively with strappy crop top and A-line mini skirt. Plus, its silver shimmer finish just makes the entire look a little more appealing. Honestly, the outfit has a sci-fi movie vibe in it. Since the outfit looked pretty much sci-fi i.e, scientific fictional movie inspired, I have kept the appeal of this look the same way and yes, I tried to enhance it a little too with bold red lip as you can see.
As the sci-fi inspired outfit already has its own spark, I just wanted to present this look for something grand. Hence, I have added the accessories that compliment the look enormously and make it perfect for red-carpet glitz or a stunning night out. In fact, these accessories compliment the outfit in the best way possible. My silver strappy sandals with high heels from Zara has kept the look sleek and glamorous whereas the silver glitter clutch from V•73 has augmented and exhibited the gorgeous and bold statement extremely well.
This V•73 silver metallic clutch Stella Glitter Silver is not only the party lovers delight but also it’s one of the top choices while attending a gorgeous function or a red carpet event. Even though this clutch from the Italian designer maison accompanies my shining look in metallic dress like its ultimate partner, the clutch doesn’t fall short to compliment any bold colored dress. The silver metallic chain attached to this bag maintains the flashy part well and it makes the handbag easy to carry too.
To finish this look which creates a high statement, I have made sure the look shows some smart jewelleries. In order to make a look grand function ready, the accessories play a major role. The addition of some fine accessories perfectly puts the finishing touch to a look. Here, the subtle jewelleries from Gold Philosophy has done the job exceedingly well too. The starry earring in silver metallic finish is sophisticated. But a small pearl acts as an excellent addition here to offer a little more elegance to it. Besides that, the ring I’m wearing is playful too. The Two Tone Arc Pearl Ring again from the house of Gold Philosophy combines silver and gold metallic touch wonderfully. Its silver base with gold metallic spiral finish on the top looks pretty intriguing and then the pearl studs just steal the attention. Overall, the combination of silver and gold metallic details gets a sublime and aristocrat touch with the attachment of pearls.
Apart from these jewelleries, I have relied upon the watch and sunglasses from Mexican label Boca MMXII to finish the look with class. Here I have chosen a silver stainless steel dial watch from Bocatime. Its gray straps made of sheepskin leaves a classic touch. As for sunglasses, the Italy made black frame Rayo sunnies which shows braided calfskin leather work makes the frame crafty and its slight greyish lens blends with the overall look in a brilliant way. Lastly, every single thing used in this look perfectly flatters the sci-fi vibe. So it reaches perfection at ease. Haha!
