Hey special people! First of all, I would love to wish you all a very new year and then I would love to say a HUGE THANKS to each one of you for being a true source of happiness, motivation & inspiration with your constant support. You are literally a part of my Twinkle In Trendz family because without you, none of my efforts would have been successful and complete.
As we’ve entered 2015 with a lot of hope and dreams, we know for a fact that 2014 was the year which brought the courage in us to dream and to live it in real. Hence, I can’t really stop myself to share the significance of the year gone by. The interesting fact is, along with the beginning of the new year, www.twinkleintrendz.com has completed its five-month journey today.
There are a lot of Highs & Lows that we have seen in this meaningful journey. Starting from the day when I shot my first look. I was a model earlier (I was into modeling, before working in a sports management company as a manager), so I’m quite comfortable at me being pictured. But when we were taking the pictures of my first look, we were not accompanied by professional crew. It was only me & my two siblings i.e, my sister and my young bro. While shooting, we realized there were so many people paused on the street to watch us. Also saw the nearby houses and people were staring at us from their balcony and roof. Surprising and at the same time… slightly difficult to concentrate as beginners.
We know for a fact that 2014 was the year which brought the courage in us to dream and to live it in real.
Remembering this day when we were shooting at the location and a few of the people started taking my pictures using their mobile phones. Even though I do not bother much but my bro (who is also the photographer of Twinkle In Trendz) is quite possessive. The memorable part of that day was how he went up to them and forced them to delete the pictures that all of them had taken. Woah, he got things done in style.
I think this is a little challenge that we have to deal with when we shoot as a Fashion Blogging unit. Even though so far is so good but often I fear the people who have the urge to argue with you for long.

Twinkle In Trendz is a family-oriented venture where my young bro is my photographer and my sister is the creative and social media head. But we are not really a 3-member unit. We have always been supported by my childhood friend Abhishek Mitra who has always been RIGHT THERE whenever I need, two of my special and lovely friends Sayantan & Rani Sarkar and their photography team The Glamor Factory (by now, you must have found a lot of mentions). I can’t thank them enough even if I try to. All that I want to say is their support and faith have taken us this far. Without them, Twinkle In Trendz wouldn’t have been here where it is. With you, we have realized that aspiration is just a step behind the reality. Thanks for encouraging us to take the foot forward. Thanks to all you people (thousands of members of our Twinkle In Trendz family) for appreciating our effort.

The picture above gently reminded me of an incident (or an accident). It’s funny but at the same time serious.
We were shooting at this location with my fav people from The Glamor Factory and there were cars and motorbikes passing by.
I was posing for a picture and at that time, a bike was passing by (with a rider & a pillion). With utmost curiosity, they were looking back at what was happening here and their motorbike touched a little school boy who was going with his dad. It could have been serious but thankfully no one was injured.

It’s a notable day as I was shooting and these cute little girls at the society came up to me and said they have heard about me a lot. They asked me to take a picture with them and sign autographs for them. The best word that they said was I inspire them and someday they want to be like me. They want to wear the same clothes that I wear. It turned out to be the biggest support. I realized that the journey had already begun on that day.

The day I was being captured in this look, I really had a long day and I was literally tired. But this energetic little angels kept on clapping for me in every shot. How can someone not offer the best with all these supporters? This is one of the favourite looks I flaunted so far.
These girls are interested to know how we get the work done and they were watching us attentively when we were shooting a look. See they have started posing like me too.
It was an adventurous day when my lovely Youtuber friend Prachi Agarwal met me on the day of Halloween. We wanted to do something creative and the opportunity was just up for grabs. Prachi was somewhat skeptical if we could wear the right witch makeup and look original as witches and this was how it looked like!

It was another exciting day as my Instagram account touched 10k followers in 3 months and 24 days of blogging. Magical, isn’t it?

I have got attached to you all so much that no celebration is complete without you. Hence, my Birthday and Christmas blog came LIVE (well,almost). I was capturing the moments and sharing with you so that you don’t miss any precious moment in my life. Birthday cake and gift to Christmas decor in my bedroom… I made it a point to share all with you.
In the end, it’s not about having followers. It’s about making new friends and get them involved in all the occasions in my life because without them, it’s not worth it.
Above all, I must mention that there are a few girls who always encourage me to get better and chase my dreams. A few of them have been my very best mates who I met, stayed with & discussed about my blogging venture even before I started it whereas a few of them have got known to me during the blogging days. I know that you not only love and support me endlessly but also insist all of your friends to follow & support me. I’m so lucky to have you all. You are such a big source of encouragement. I know a few of you belong to different countries but I hope to see everyone of you (who I haven’t seen yet) in person someday.I have spent a lot of time today writing this blog since every time I mentioned a moment, it took me back to the memory lane when it happened. It felt like I re-lived my 5 months in blogging space in these few hours. You can’t imagine how glad I’m today to share all the ‘behind the scene’ moments with you.Needless to say, it’s an amazing journey that I have started in 2014 with my baby Twinkle In Trendz & that’s why I would remember this year my whole life. Now it’s time to add a lot of special memories, success and achievement in it. It’s time to turn the dreams into reality. It’s time to get a little more close to all of you and make this Twinkle In Trendz unit bigger and stronger. Year 2014 gave me the ability to dream. Now it’s time for 2015 to give the ability to execute things, thrive on challenge, surmount and emerge out as winner.
