What’s Up – Whats Up, what up, was up

So, I’m back after a happy happy weekend and back with what? Something that I have already talked about so much on my Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. It’s a place where everytime I visited, I ended up with an amazing experience. What’s Up with What’s Up? How do they reach into my mind and always bring out what I desire for? Maybe because they know exactly what people like me look for!
After a tiring day, we always love to chill out at the Jacuzzi but how wonderful it is when you can also have your friends around you?! Crazy? Maybe not! That’s the atmosphere What’s Up comes up with. The roof-top eatery has a couple of tables with Jacuzzi attached to it so you and your group can have a memorable time while sinking in your feet and enjoying some delicious food under the sky.

Though this open-air space is my favorite, but What’s Up has two other sections that make me feel that I am at a pub somewhere in Ireland. I often enjoy the quick transition between an open-air aquatic vibe to Irish Pub vibe while just changing sections. The atmosphere inside gets a mysterious touch with the addition of a Piano section at one corner. A table that looks like a Piano adds some more zeal into the vibe. Oh yes, if you love to give your tiring feet a foot massage while pleasing your taste buds, you can get that too at What’s Up. All you have to do is book the chair with foot massager in a cozy corner.

I believe the most noticeable part of What’s Up is its diversity. The things that are so contrast in nature are put together in style to create a concoction to reckon with! Somebody like me who believe in making a difference and enjoy having a creative mind has a lot to observe in this place.

But, it doesn’t end here. On top of this incredible atmosphere, the food over there is awesome. Be it Italian (which is my favorite), Caribbean or any other continental cuisines, the authentic taste and appealing garnish of them have impressed me to the core. Now imagine these mouth watering food is being served when the water flow from the jets of jacuzzi is kissing my feet! It sounds too good to be true, isn’t it? The changing color of water in the jacuzzi and fabulous music can easily get anyone into the groove and go Oh La La.

Lastly, the thing about What’s Up, Kolkata which can’t be missed is hookah. The variety of flavors are available as per your taste and mood. They were recently awarded as the best hookah joint by Times Food Guide and they thoroughly deserved it.

Dressed in a champagne colored long gown with metallic touch, I definitely wanted to bring the royal vibe and chose to sit at the piano section to try out a few flavors of hookah which is one of the big attractions of What’s Up.

The weekend experience at What’s Up, Kolkata with delicious food, cocktail and hookah was exquisite and this place is definitely on the top of my list when I think about chilling out in the fresh air after a long day.
